On our trip to Playa del Carmen, my friends and I wanted the ability to cook and prepare our own meals and itinerary, but were a bit apprehensive as none of us are experienced travelers, and would usually go for the all-inclusive experience. It was recommended that we try Fresh, and the vacation couldn't have been better. The friendly folks at Fresh, helped make this trip a memorable one. It was amazing to arrive that first day, and not have to worry about finding groceries and essentials. We pre-ordered our favorite foods and drinks, and when we got there everything was prepared and waiting for us, along with a lovely "welcome" treat. They even made suggestions for sight-seeing adventures, booked a scuba diving lesson for one of my friends, and made themselves available to us throughout our vacation.We have been spoiled by their "above and beyond" service, and we wouldn't visit Playa again without them!

Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly and obviously personally trained in the minutiae that accompanies high profile clients who value discretion and privacy above all. The party on our final evening was an outstanding event. The food and service were impeccable. The music and decor were a perfect fit, authentic and tastefully understated, exactly what we were seeking.

I can't tell you how reassuring and comforting it was to work with Shawn and Meredith even before our trip began, they managed to take so much of the stress away so I could begin the relaxing early, from the exchange of money to the quick and thorough responses through e-mail. Every one of our expectations were met and then some, from the moment we walked into our condo and saw what they had done I knew we had picked the right company for us. The guacamole was THE BEST, margaritas were awesome and everything we had requested was there waiting for us. The evening they came to prepare our meal was so much more fun than we had anticipated. To begin with, the meal was one of the best we had all week and Meredith, Shawn and Jorge were the utmost in professionalism and we wouldn't have even known they were there had we not wanted to visit and get to know them. They were so friendly and informative and the place was spotless before they left.
